Long time Roosevelt Island resident Sabino Sierra passed away last evening. Mr Sierra was married to his wife, Pilar, for 72 years. They lived in Eastwood/Roosevelt Landing for 42 years.
Mr. Sierra was described as:

A Viewing will be held Friday evening, June 22 at Quinn Funeral Home, 35-20 Broadway, Long Island City from 4- 8 PM. A Funeral Mass will be held 9:30 Saturday Morning June 23 at St Ignatius Church 84th Street and Park Avenue.
