The Roosevelt Island Youth Program (RIYP) reports:
The Roosevelt Island Youth Program will be training youth ages 11 to 18 years of age in First Aid, CPR and AED classes beginning this Friday, April 8th at 6 pm at the Roosevelt Island Youth Center at 506 Main Street. After being qualified in CPR/First Aid/AED eligible youth will be trained and certified as Lifeguards and be placed in positions as lifeguards on the island.
