The Roosevelt Island Historical Society (RIHS) will host an opening reception for a new photography exhibition by Sid Kaplan showcasing the Queensboro Bridge Trolley at the Octagon Gallery (888 Main Street) Thursday evening July 17 from 5- 8 PM.
