The Roosevelt Island Public Safety Department reports that another lost or stolen bicycle was found and secured yesterday. That makes 2 bicycles found this week.Also, Public Safety Director Keith Guerra is reminding all Roosevelt Island youth and their parents that they are hosting a Youth Summit at PS/IS 217 tonight starting at 6:30 PM.
